When do I need to place my cookie order?
Cookie orders close every Monday at 22:00. We bake on Tuesday and ship orders on Wednesday or Thursday.
Do you ship cookies?
Yes! Our cookies can be shipped within the Netherlands. Standard shipping is €7.50, and shipping is free for orders from €50.
Can I pick up my cookie order?
Yes. Free pickup is available in Almere. You can select the pickup option during checkout.
Are all cookie flavours available all year round?
Yes. Our signature cookie flavours are available year-round. We also introduce a new limited-edition Monthly Special alongside our regular favourites.
Do you offer Tres Leches cakes?
Yes! We offer Tres Leches Mini, Heart-Shaped, Medium and Large cakes, with several flavours available.
Can Tres Leches cakes be shipped?
No. Because Tres Leches cakes are delicate and chilled, they are available for pickup in Almere only.
How far in advance should I order a cake?
Cake orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. Your preferred pickup date must therefore be at least 7 days from the date you place your order.
What flavours are available for Tres Leches?
Our available flavours are Classic, Classic with Strawberry, Classic with Dulce de Leche, Pistachio and Coconut.
How do I order a Tres Leches cake?
Please use our Cake Order Form to send us your cake request. We'll review your request and confirm the details with you.
